Its 10 AM in the morning, Izzy is still sleeping but someone is knocking on the door. Izzy forgot an employee of the energy firm had arranged a consultation with her – he arrived to confirm the energy consumption numbers, to make sure the seals are untouched and to look at some of the appliances.
